Struggling with your own personal power issues right now? This is a common thing for everyone, at any given time! Here are a few pointers:
1. First and foremost, believe that you are enough! You are exactly as the universe has created you and you are ENOUGH! This is a big one in claiming back your own personal power.
2. Don't give your personal power away to anyone! You can do this without even knowing it by doing things you just don't want to do or go along with. Eer had someone really want you to do something - think about that for a minute! Your boss, a close friend, what about a family member? By giving in and not standing up for yourself you are giing them some of your own personal power each and every time. This does not mean you have to be mean or nasty with them but stand-up for what you are beliving in.
3. Protect yourself and your energy fields to make sure you are not being attacked on an energy level from a psychic vampire or energy drainer.
4. Say yes and be open to possibilities. Have you seen the movie the Yes, Man! It is a wonderful comedy, but has a great meaning behind it as well! They take this to an extreme in the moie, but the point is to be open to possibilities as you never know where they are going to come from.
5. Last but not least, HAVE FUN and ENJOY LIFE TO ITS FULLEST!

Feeling Stuck Right Now In Life?
Right now we are all expereincing this "feeling" of being stuck. It is actually very common with the new energies being ushered in.
It is very frustrating, very aggravating, and very tiring at this time for all of us, as we all want change! We can feel it! We know we are on the verge of it! But what do we do to speed this up?
The answer is nothing! We can't change it right now. Wanting it more, desiring it more, even begging pleading and anything else that can come to mind isn't going to make this transition move any quicker!
It is coming and we just have to be patient and wade it out! The change it here right now, but we feel as if we have stopped. It feel stagnent! I can completely understand and agree with you all! But hang in there, as we are on the verge of this all - we are at the very point of it all bringing in something so wonderful, so beautiful and so freeing that we can just about taste it!
So don't give up, don't give in and don't worry! It is coming and it is coming soon! We have made it this far, so just hang in there a few more weeks, and we will be where we want to be energetically! Need Extra Protection Right Now?
Lots and lots of emails coming in about needing and wanting extra protection right now with all of the things going on in the physical world as well as on an energetic level.
Protection can vary in many different forms. Everyone works differently and uses their protection differently as well.

Amethyst and Headaches?
I have had a lot of questions lately about headaches and what can be done.
The first thing - RELAX. I know this is the hardest thing to do when you have a headache as sometimes you can't see past the pain, but remember right now in this moment you are complete, whole and one with all, so if you can relax into the moment and past the pain this will dissolve.
Now I know this may seem hard at first, so this is when we can introduce the healing crystal Amethyst into our own session.
Many people use this differently and there is no right or wrong way to use this. Here are a few examples of how to use this crystal for the use of headaches:
1. Place the crystal underneath your pillow while you rest of sleep.
2. Make an elixir of this stone to drink with a water base. You can do this with a physical stone or using the ethric energies of this stone to charge the water.
3. You can have someone/yourself do a crystal healing session with either a physical crystal or its etheric counterpart.
Amethyst has wonderful healing propertieis for headaches and should be placed on the etheric field in the third eye, and on a physical field in the middle of your forehead.
Ask the crystal to remove the source of pain and to tranform this into positive healing light and release this to the universe. Crystals are more then willing to help us on our healing pathway in life!

New Energy Shifts Will End Soon!
I know alot of you out there have been going through some tough times and it feels like especially alot of this has been getting worse before it gets better.
Hang in there though. The energy shifts that started last fall are going to take us to where we need to be here by June! This is a new and uplifting energy feel, so this will hopefully be one of the last big pushes before we arrive at our new energy vibrational match! The old is being let go of and we are ushering in the new! This is a big thing for all lately, especially us here at Healing Art Forms!
Our big new energy started pushing and pushing to get us out of our old patterns, let go and release and move forward ahead. Alot of you are doing this in multiple area of your life, such as love and relationship changes, money and finance changes as well as health changes. These seem to be the big three that alot have been contacting us about.
To help with these issues, and to follow our own pathways as well, we designed a program especially for these issues and how they relate to them. These seem to be the big three that we all hit at one point in our lives or another, so Jonathon and I worked quite a long time on putting this whole course together for you all. It is a combination of Health, Wealth and Love issues from our own workshops and seminars, with guided audios and so much more, and is now covered under our accreditation programs. Remember this is all going to settle down by June, so hang in there, as this new energy shift is going to being us to where we want to be at a newer higher vibrational level.
