Your Crown Chakra is located just above the top of your head. This is where the energy can flow down and in through your chakra and all the way through your energy flow of chakras when they are all opened and aligned. The Crown Chakra is generally known by either a clear, white or purple/violet color. Again there is some debate about which color is best associated with this chakra point, but it all depends on what resonates best within your chakra and energy fields.

This chakra and color associations are represented with clarity, consciousness, sub-consciousness, cleansing and purification. The most common crystal for this chakra point are: Clear Quartz, Herkimer Diamond, Moonstone, Selenite, Danburite, and White Amethyst.

I have found either working with Danburtite or a combination of Herkirmer Diamonds and Danburite can not only remove a blockage but also being in a stronger energy flow. When removing a blockage at this chakra point, hold Danburite within 4 inches of the area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal. When wanting more of a stronger energy flow, lie down and place two Herkimer Diamond crystals, one on each side of your chakra point and one over the area for 15 minutes.

Your Third Eye chakra is in-between your physical eyes on your forehead. This is a lot lower than most people think, as there is another higher chakra point that is located in the middle of your forehead that is just above your third eye chakra and is connected to this through a meridian point. Your Third Eye Chakra is generally known by either a indigo color or a purple color. Again there is some debate about which color is best associated with this chakra point, but it all depends on what resonates best within your chakra and energy fields.

The most common crystal for this chakra point are: Iolite, Amethyst, Fluorite, Sugilite, Lapis Lazuli and Prehnite.

To remove a chakra blockage at this point, hold Fluorite on each side of the chakra and hold Prehnite within 4 inches of the chakra area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal.

For a more energized energy flow, lie down and place two Amethyst crystals, one on each side of your chakra point and one over the area for 15 minutes. This will increase the energy for a more strong and even flow.

Your Throat chakra is located in the center of your throat. Now there has been some debate on which color is best associated with this chakra. I have come to work with crystal healing and chakras a lot in my work, and have used both of the major colors associated with this chakra point. Neither, in my opinion, is better than the other but rather it is what resonates within the person that decides this answer. The color(s) of the main chakra is blue or sometimes indigo or light blue.

The most common ones to be used at this chakra point are: Turquoise, Blue Lace Agate, Aquamarine, Sodalite, and Lapis Lazuli.

Working with chakra blockages can be confusing sometimes, but you can remove this one easily . Hold Sodalite on each side of the heart chakra and hold Lapis Lazuli within 4 inches of the chakra area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal.

If you wish to have a more energized energy flow, lie down and place two Aquamarine crystals, one on each side of your chakra point and one over the area for 15 minutes. This will increase the energy for a more strong and even flow.

Your Heart Chakra is your fourth chakra and is located in the center of your chest. The color of the main chakra is green, but there is also a higher chakra that is attached to this via a meridian line, which is the color pink. These two chakras can work together to accomplish emotional issues, relationships, balancing emotions and internal balance. When combining the work of the minor higher chakra with the Heart Chakra more can be accomplished and obtained concerning these issues.

The appropriate crystals for the main Heart Chakra point are generally green based ones, but can also include others such as multi-colored stones for their healing purposes. The most common ones to be used at this chakra point are: Green Aventurine, Malachite, Bloodstone, Moss Agate, Peridot, and Emerald.

When working with chakra blockages of the heart chakra, you can combine both colors of the heart and the higher heart chakra to do this with a pink and green mixture. Start by holding a Quartz on each side of the heart chakra and hold Moldavite within 4 inches of the chakra area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal.

Chakra & Crystal Healing - Solar Plexus Chakra Work

Let's continue working through the 7 main chakra with crystal healing work on them all. Your third chakra point, also called your Solar Plexus Chakra is the topic of this article.

This is located just above your navel or belly button about 4-6 inches. This chakra center point is normally symbolized by the color yellow. This chakra center works with issues such as centering, balancing, stress, fear, contentment, anxiety, as well as disgestive and immune issues.

The appropriate crystals for this chakra point are generally yellow based ones, but can also include others such as multi-colored stones for their healing purposes. The most common ones to be used at this chakra point are: Amber, Tiger's Eye, Yellow Calcite and Yellow Jasper.

Working with Yellow Jasper and this chakra center can remove blockages. Hold this crystal within 4 inches of the chakra area and a Clear Quartz directly over the area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. If you are wanting a stronger energy flow, lie down and place two Amber pieces, one on each side of your chakra point and one over the area for 15 minutes. The appropriate crystals for this chakra point are generally red based ones, but can also include others such as black and multi-colored stones for their healing purposes. The most common ones to be used at this chakra point are: Ruby, Black or Red Lodestone, Garnet, Red Jasper. You can use other crystals at this point as well, such as Obsidian, Tourmaline, and Smoky Quartz. They are to be better usage at other chakra points, but can still be effective when working with your root chakra.

To remove a chakra blockage at this point, hold Lodestone within 4 inches of the root chakra area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal.

How Do You Expect Abundance When All You See Is Everything Else

This is a good topic that I love to speak on! Expecting abundance is something that can be fun and you can even make this into a game to play with your family and friends. The problem with most of us is that we say we want this or that when it comes to financial issues or needs, but than all we do is complain about what we don’t have or what we can only see right now in front of us.

Expecting abundance is something that can be creative and fun. The thing that trips most people up though is that they forget to just focus on the right here and now. Well how can we stay in the here and now when it is always changing from moment to moment and our conscious side sees this as constant inconsistency? We break this down into smaller increments than such as days. Working in terms of days instead of minutes is much easier for our mind to comprehend on what we can expect in terms of abundance.

Start with smaller things to focus on and see how they manifest in your life. Think of something you want today, not this minute, but today in general. It could be getting a cup of coffee unexpectedly, or a phone call from a certain person, or receiving something in the mail. Start with smaller things and work up. Its not that you cannot get the lager things, but your conscious side will not accept the larger things at first and it will convince you it is not coming because you didn’t receive it as quick as you were thinking. The Universe will bring to you in the right time everything you need.

Once you have worked on the smaller things, work up and increase the amount of things you expect. Say to yourself or write it down on a piece of paper “I expect…” and list them out. You can have any number of things, but remember to start out with one or two and start smaller. Once you see them manifesting on a day to day basis work up to bigger and more things. This will increase your faith in yourself and that the Universe does bring in things into your life if you ask, receive and are grateful.

Lots of people have been asking about different crystals for healing purposes, especially with my new book Practical Crystal Healing 555 Tips and Techniques now being released. So I am now going to share with you some of the tops money crystal healing gemstones.

There are so many crystals out there and it can be overwhelming when first start out, or even if you have done this work on and off for sometime, unless you have tested and retested the crystals and issues over time. This is exactly what I did in my work, as it has been growing for over 15 years before I even knew I was going to do this as my spiritual pathway.

Let me give you a few suggestions. Money is a big one for a lot of people and it has so many different areas of use, but it is the area of usage that is how you will want to draw this in. If you are looking to enhance money vibrations coming in from work issues, then you need to focus on a different crystal as opposed to bringing this in from achieving a goal or abundance issues. Do you see what I mean by making sure you have your target narrowed down to the right one before starting? This is where a lot of people make their first mistake is they just think money and all the crystals will work. They will, but it depends on how you use them and how quickly you want to see results. You could use one crystal over and over for money and not see results for a year and the other one you could see results within a week. So make sure you have your topic narrowed down as precisely as you can before beginning. Then make sure you have the appropriate crystal and use this in its most effective way to bring about the quickest results for you!

So what is the top money crystal? Pyrite! Keep this with your money, wallet, or change and watch more and more start coming in. Top Crystal Healing Tip For Love Issues

When working with crystals and so many choices out there at the holistic stores and online, it can be confusing, if not frustrating when you are not sure which one to pick up or how to use them. You can find quite a few books online with them saying about 15 stones are great for love issues, but how do you know which one to use and use it effectively, especially if you are new to this type of work or just work with crystal healing on and off from time to time.

This is why I wrote my new book Practical Crystal Healing 555 Tips & Techniques so it takes the guess work out of crystal healing and enables the average person with information that they can use to heal their life on their own and in a quick and effective way.

Now, with crystal healing, we have to remember it is the crystal that is doing the work for us and with our guidance, so we have to make sure we select the appropriate crystal for not only the issue we want to tackle but also the one that is in a vibrational match with our own energy fields. So to start make sure you pick out the crystal that is calling to you “Take me home!” and cleanse and program this as well.

My top crystal for love issues is always starting with self-love. If you do not love yourself, then how can you expect others to love you or how can you expect to fully love others. So tackle the self-love area first and foremost. Once you have this one down successfully, move onto another area of love.

For self-love issues, make sure you have a Rose Quartz worn as close as you can to your heart chakra for as long as you need. To give an extra boost, charge a warm bath with your Rose Quartz you have been wearing for 20 minutes and take a nice bath. Remember to cleanse your crystal for this issue at least once a week.

The Three Things Successful People Have In Common

I have seen a lot of people come and go and a lot of them ask me the same question. What are you doing Nicole that I am not? How did you get here and I can’t seem too? They keep asking like there is a secret to life and I know it and no one else does. We all have it inside of us and we are all capable of the same thing in life. We are all born with this innate ability. So what’s the secret? I will tell you all of them!

1. You have to enjoy what you are doing with your life. If you don’t enjoy, then why are you doing it? You can make a living doing almost anything, but you will not be successful unless you are happy doing it!

2. You have to have a positive attitude and have faith in what you are doing.

3. You have to be willing to do things others do not want to do. What does this mean? Simple, when people say I have the ability and the materials and know how, but I am scared to this or that. This is what is holding you back. You have to face you fear right in the eye, no matter what, and be willing to do those things because you want to make you life that way.

For example, I have crossed this bridge many times. When I started offering my services to the public instead of just family and friends, I was scared. What would people think of my work, especially being in a very closed area energetically for the work that I do. Then when I wrote my manuals I crossed this bridge as well. I had channeled in forms for quite a few years but was never guided by spirit to offer them to others. I was now being guided to do this. What would people think or react and respond to them? I crossed the bridge again with the book I released called Practical Crystal Healing 555 Tips &Techniques. Would people enjoy all of the knowledge and work I put into this? And now setting up webinars and seminars I am crossing this bridge yet again. I have been asked this many times that if I am concerned about it why do it? Because I am following the guidance of my guides. They have never steered me wrong before and I believe in their guidance with the utmost respect. If I chose to not follow this and give up every time something was scary or a bit of uncharted territory for me I would not be where I am today, reaching and helping others in my line of work and doing something I love.

Some people say that when you mention following your spirit guides or guidance from a higher source or being, they call this fluff talk. These are the people who just are not as open as they can be and they have not been touched at their soul level yet to be able to follow this guidance. They will one day be open enough to this, so don’t struggle with them, just know they are on a different path in life and keep your conscious focused on enjoying what you do, having a positive attitude and doing the things others do not want to do!

Top Crystal Healing Tip For Spiritual Issues & Ascension

A lot of people have been asking about spiritual healing and ascension issues, especially with my new book Practical Crystal Healing 555 Tips & Techniques, as they are wanting to develop and open up more. There are so many spiritual issues that can open one person up in today’s world and there is no right or wrong way to go about this. We are all made up of the same energy from Spirit, but we are all on different pathways through life and have had different experiences growing up, so needless to say what will work for one person may not work for another since we are all in a different place than when we first started on this planet.
