Fighting Fatigue With Crystal Healing
Fatigue can occur in any person at any time for any reason. Of course the most general based reasons are because the person is doing too much at once, or running himself or herself down, but fatigue can happen to the best of us.
Now you can combat fatigue in a number of ways, some traditional and others for a new age type of approach. You can, of course, take rest or a nap or even time off from what you are doing. But with today’s go, go, go lifestyles, most people do not want to slow down to do these things and keep pushing through them anyway. There are even energy drinks and other things of the such, but with these there are always side effects such as the down time afterwards and trying to recoup from them can be just as energy draining as the fatigue before.

With the cold and flu season upon us, we all have a tendency to get sore throats as a side effect. These can sometimes be painful and can annoy even the most patient people when coming down with a cold. There are some alternatives to tradition throat sprays and lozenges that can help ease the discomfort and heal at the same time.
Crystal healing using a water based charged elixir can work wonders for healing a sore throat. This is not to be used in place of medical advice, but to be used at your own discretion. So please seek professional medical care if your throat does worsen.
First you want to make sure you have a bottle of purified water and a Blue Quartz. If you cannot find a Blue Quartz, you can also use Aquamarine as a substitute if need be. Getting Rid Of The Monsters Under The Bed And Closet
Lots of children have sleeping issues, especially with all of the nightmares, bad monsters in the closet or under the bed, it can cause un-due stress on the children, as well as the parents. These can go on for days, weeks, months, and I have even seen years where children would not want to sleep because of these evil things they are experiencing.
You can work with your child or grandchild to get rid of these negative feeling energies so that they can experience a safe feeling and want to go to sleep. Crystal infused water based mists can do this, and much more! What you want to establish first and foremost is what the child is experiencing and feeling with these energies. Are they feeling a monster is there, or bad things coming from the area? Believe what they are saying and feeling is real. Crystal Healing For Home Protection
Home protection is a big thing for almost everyone on one level or another. The one I am referring to today is working on an energetic level and healing vibrational matches. We are all exposed to different energies throughout our days with work, home, school, friends, family, co-workers, shopping, and the list goes on and on. One place that should be a safe haven from these energies is our own homes. I am going to explain in a very clear-cut format how you can do this, even without any major crystal training.
First what you want to do is make sure you know how many rooms are in your house total. These can be found very inexpensively, and for the price of protection on an energetic level, you can’t beat this type of work.
Next you want to cleanse and charge them for the protection of your home. You can even add in the programming your physical address is you wish to be very particular about this. The crystals will know when you are laying them out what they are for, but do what feels comfortable for you.

Then for the next room, you want to remember where you placed them in the adjoining room and make sure you still have the opposites facing each other.
