Past lives are wonderful things to work with, especially if you know how to access them. You can do this by working with your Akashic Records and your Past Life Chakra as well. A lot of people do not know where this minor chakra is located, or how to healing, energize or even work with this.

Your Past Life Chakra point is located behind your ear. This one is a minor chakra point and can help access your past lives as well as work on any types of healing that you may need to let go of previous karmic debt you have occurred. Working with your past life chakra, you can open your minor chakra area, release previous karma issues that need to be healed or cleansed so you can move on in your physical life, and even release Akashic Records.

The best crystals to use for this minor chakra point are Blue Fluorite, Amazonite, Amber, and Angelite. I personally prefer to use Amber for these sessions, as this is what resonates within my vibrational fields.

To work with a crystal healing for this chakra point, you can simply lie down on your back, and place three of the appropriate crystals surrounding your head. You can place one behind each ear and remaining crystal over your crown chakra. This will align the healing grid to your Past Life Chakra point. From there you can work on self healings, karmic healings, meditation and much more depending on what your main focus of this session is.

Hand Chakra Healing

Hand chakra centers or points can be very useful in healing work, and a lot of people learn about them when they are studying energy work such as Reiki. A lot of them focus on the opening of this chakra point and running the Universal energy out of this portal. But have you ever worked on opening this chakra point to be able to heal yourself and work through this area if it is blocked or closed. With classes and courses today online and all over the place, they are teaching about the hand chakras with energy work, but a lot of them do not cover how to effectively work with this chakra point.

Let me say again, the hand chakras, are a center point in the palm of your hand that most energy work is completed through as a portal when working with healing sessions. But this chakra point can become clouded with energetic debris and blocked, or even closed, if it is not properly taken care of. So how can you work with this palm chakra and keep this functioning at a high vibrational rate to perform the strongest healing sessions. By healing yourself first!

For each of the 7 main chakras, there are crystal correspondences for each and every one of them. There are even ones for your minor chakras, but with your palm chakra it can be a bit different. This is because you are always using your hands for not only your energy healing but also in every day life when you may not even be thinking about it you may be activating your palm chakras. This is why this area is such a prone one to blockages and needs to be worked on as well.

You can use simple clear quartz crystals to re-energize, heal, and remove blockages from this chakra. Hold one in each hand, and slowly turn them clock-wise over your palm chakras. Next make sure the tips of the clear quartz are pointing inward towards your palm chakra and relax for 15-20 minutes, allowing the chakra point to be healed by the crystal. Energy Leakage With Chakra Points

Energy leakage through your chakras can be a big concern for most people in the new age, metaphysical, and spiritual areas of life. It is a big concern for all human kind, but a lot of people do not even know about the minor chakra area that cause most of this energy leakage, let alone how to correct it.

You have a minor chakra, that is called your Spleen Chakra, that is located underneath your left armpit area. This is not something that is widely taught in classes, as most chakra classes or courses discuss your major chakras and a few ascended ones as well. Your Spleen Chakra, however, is a minor chakra that is important to anyone and everyone out there. This is a chakra point that can be a huge potential energy leakage area, especially if you are not working with this.

If you didn’t even know this existed or even how to fix this, do not worry, as it can be taken care of very quickly. First what you have to do is know where it is located and what it is there for. Of course, we just covered that in the above paragraph. Next you have to learn how to treat this. A lot of people lose energy out of this chakra point due to a few reasons. One they are not aware of it, two they are aware but do nothing about it, or three they are not sure how to correct the issue.

Now that you are aware of the area and the issue this minor chakra can cause, how do you fix it? Simply, with crystal healing being a big part of this work. You can work on this minor chakra using one of three crystals - Emerald, Jade or Rhodochrosite. I personally prefer to use Emerald for this area, as this is what resonates best with me.

You can perform a basic crystal healing for this chakra point during a healing or meditation session by placing the appropriate crystal over the area and turning this in a clockwise motion. This will not only energize the chakra point, but will also remove any blockages and seal up any potential leakage areas.

Your Crown Chakra is located just above the top of your head. The Crown Chakra is generally known by either a clear, white or purple/violet color. Again there is some debate about which color is best associated with this chakra point, but it all depends on what resonates best within your chakra and energy fields.

This chakra and color associations are represented with clarity, consciousness, sub-consciousness, cleansing and purification. The most common crystal for this chakra point are: Clear Quartz, Herkimer Diamond, Moonstone, Selenite, Danburite, and White Amethyst.

I have found either working with Danburtite or a combination of Herkirmer Diamonds and Danburite can not only remove a blockage but also being in a stronger energy flow. When removing a blockage at this chakra point, hold Danburite within 4 inches of the area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal. When wanting more of a stronger energy flow, lie down and place two Herkimer Diamond crystals, one on each side of your chakra point and one over the area for 15 minutes.

Your Third Eye chakra is in-between your physical eyes on your forehead. This is a lot lower than most people think, as there is another higher chakra point that is located in the middle of your forehead that is just above your third eye chakra and is connected to this through a meridian point. Your Third Eye Chakra is generally known by either a indigo color or a purple color. Again there is some debate about which color is best associated with this chakra point, but it all depends on what resonates best within your chakra and energy fields.

The most common crystal for this chakra point are: Iolite, Amethyst, Fluorite, Sugilite, Lapis Lazuli and Prehnite.

To remove a chakra blockage at this point, hold Fluorite on each side of the chakra and hold Prehnite within 4 inches of the chakra area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal.

For a more energized energy flow, lie down and place two Amethyst crystals, one on each side of your chakra point and one over the area for 15 minutes. This will increase the energy for a more strong and even flow.

Your Throat chakra is located in the center of your throat. Now there has been some debate on which color is best associated with this chakra. I have come to work with crystal healing and chakras a lot in my work, and have used both of the major colors associated with this chakra point. Neither, in my opinion, is better than the other but rather it is what resonates within the person that decides this answer. The color(s) of the main chakra is blue or sometimes indigo or light blue.

The most common ones to be used at this chakra point are: Turquoise, Blue Lace Agate, Aquamarine, Sodalite, and Lapis Lazuli.

Working with chakra blockages can be confusing sometimes, but you can remove this one easily . Hold Sodalite on each side of the heart chakra and hold Lapis Lazuli within 4 inches of the chakra area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal.

If you wish to have a more energized energy flow, lie down and place two Aquamarine crystals, one on each side of your chakra point and one over the area for 15 minutes. This will increase the energy for a more strong and even flow.
