Acne Crystal Healing

Acne can strike any age, male or female, and any background. It is an issue that a lot of people face whether they are teenage years and dealing with hormonal changes or even into adult years with more changes. It can affect anyone at any given time.

How can we tackle this from a natural standpoint? Crystal healing! I have, in my own life and with clients too, that a wonderful gem elixir can tone down and help eliminate acne breakouts for the majority of people. Crystal placement can even be used as in pendants for those who wish to have a fashionable session about their healing, and give an extra boost of energy for their sessions. I would not recommend using crystal placement, as a pendant, alone for dealing with issues of acne. But rather, use this as an additional source of energy supply for the healing.

To create a gem elixir for acne use, take two glass bowls, one smaller than the other, and place one inside the other bowl. Next fill the out bowl with purified water. Purified water is best for this use as there are no toxins in this water. Then place your Amethyst inside the smaller bowl, so that it is not touching the water.

Let this water charge for a minimum of two hours. Take the Amethyst out of the smaller bowl, and then remove the smaller bowl from within the larger bowl and water. Gently pour the charged water into a sterile container.

This charged water you can splash on your face up to two times a day. If you wish to rinse your face with this water when washing your face, this can be done too. Keep the charged water for no longer than 7 days, and make a fresh batch of infused charged water after this amount of time. You will notice a wonderful change in your energy that is put out, as well as your skin.

For an extra boost, wear the Amethyst that you charged the water with for 7 days to increase the vibrational energy within your own energetic levels.

Crystal Healing For Abandonment Issues

If you are working on abandonment issues in your life, whether they are from a past relationship or a current one, they can be hard to handle. This can cause energetic issues, astral cords that need to be tended to, as well as emotional issues at hand. All of this can cause major disturbances in your life, not to mention trying to work through them.

I am here to let you know there is help, and you can work on them from the comfort of your home with energy and crystal healing. This is something anyone can learn to do and use in his or her life, no matter what the issue is they are dealing with. Energy and crystal healing are helpful in all sorts of matters.

For abandonment issues, you want to make sure you have a Rhodonite crystal for this issue. You can find these at almost any crystal shop or even online. You want to make sure you either get a loose crystal or you get one made into a pendant, as this is the easiest way to use for this particular issue.

Abandonment can cause energetic debris to gather around your heart chakra as well as on your aura layers. You want to make sure you wear this in a pendant as close as you can to your heart chakra for at least 5 days in a row to ease the emotional trauma and burden that abandonment issues can cause.

For other ways of working through these issues, you can also use energy healing, such as Reiki, and charge the pendant to hold a healing energy for this issue. Make sure you program the crystal for this when wearing it. If you are not attuned to Reiki, you can also have a friend/family member do this for you. Just make sure they ask for the programming for your abandonment issues when charging the crystal.
