We are now going to continue our work through the 7 main chakra points and crystal healing, moving onto your second chakra, or also called your Sacral Chakra center. Remember there are many different crystals you can use so make sure to work with the most common, but feel free to try others to see what resonates within your own energetic vibrational level. Your Sacral Chakra is your second chakra and is located above your first chakra, but below your navel or belly button, and is normally symbolized by the color orange. Because the color of orange is a mixture of red and yellow, this chakra and its crystals will also be a combination of these symbolic energies. This chakra center works with creativity, artistic skills, encougement, and the expression of energy flow.
The appropriate crystals for this chakra point are generally orange based ones, but can also include others such as multi-colored stones for their healing purposes. The most common ones to be used at this chakra point are: Carnelian, Orange Calcite, Dark Citrine, Copper and Topaz.
To remove a chakra blockage at this point, hold Carnelian within 4 inches of the chakra area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal.
You a more energized energy flow, lie down and place two Citrine crystals, one on each side of your chakra point and one over the area for 15 minutes. This will increase the energy for a more strong and even flow.
