Crystal Healing For Sore Throats

With the cold and flu season upon us, we all have a tendency to get sore throats as a side effect. These can sometimes be painful and can annoy even the most patient people when coming down with a cold. There are some alternatives to tradition throat sprays and lozenges that can help ease the discomfort and heal at the same time.

Crystal healing using a water based charged elixir can work wonders for healing a sore throat. This is not to be used in place of medical advice, but to be used at your own discretion. So please seek professional medical care if your throat does worsen.

First you want to make sure you have a bottle of purified water and a Blue Quartz. If you cannot find a Blue Quartz, you can also use Aquamarine as a substitute if need be. You want to charge and program the bottle of purified water 1 hour with either the Blue Quartz or the Aquamarine. After this is charged, gargle with the purified water and repeat as often as needed. The charged water will heal the inside of your throat. Remember to gargle, do not swallow.

If you wish to heal a sore throat issue from the outside, you can also lie down on your bed and place a Blue Quartz over your throat chakra for 15-minute intervals. Again, you can also use an Aquamarine crystal for this if need be. Remember to cleanse after each use and repeat as often as needed.
