So many people talk about awareness, enlightenment and being more open, but what really is this to the average person, or for that fact even one who is more aware than others? Let’s imagine a tiny pinpoint dot on the screen right now. No bigger then a pinhead. See how tiny that is to look at. Now imagine that pinpoint is your awareness. I know you are probably thinking I have much more awareness in my physical consciousness then just that. But the thing is, we do not use our full capacity of our brains. We only use a very small portion of what we could possibly use.
So back to the pinpoint, each and every time you open yourself up to something new in life, no matter what this topic is about, that awareness gets just a tiny bit bigger. Each and every time! Now could you imagine if you just opened yourself up to something new once a month, just one new thing ever 30 days, how big that pin point would be in 12 months or even 24 months.
Now opening yourself up to something new isn’t just acknowledging that it is there. You have to embrace the entire subject and its good and bad points in full to get a real scoop of what is going on. So let’s use crystal healing for example. You start your month out picking up a book and learning how crystal healing can help your body. You read the book and understand a bit more. Now the pinpoint has gotten a tiny bit bigger.
But let’s say the next day you decide to try out the different ways to pick your own crystals and follow your intuition. You go to your local holistic store and give it a try. You find ones that feel right for you and bring them home. You just opened up that pinpoint a bit more.
The next day you decide to cleanse and program them. You go through the steps and don’t know if you are doing it right or if it even works but you are at least trying. Your pinpoint has opened up a little more.
By this time you have already opened your awareness and you are even more intrigued by the topic. So you decide to work with some different healing tips and see what happens. Your pinpoint opens up even more.
The more you do the more awareness you bring to your own physical consciousness. This is not a hard concept, but a lot of people seem to be confused on how to bring awareness about to themselves or others. Start sharing, expanding your knowledge and learning as much as you possibly can about everything in life. You want to grow within the positive aspects and let the negative and stagnant ones bounce off of your positive vibrational awareness while learning. Give it a try, as the worst thing that could possibly happen is you gain more knowledge and increase the size of your own pinpoint.

Is Believing Mean Having Blind Faith?
Believing is having blind faith. This was a statement once told to me by a non-believer. I was once asked if something was true or not. Now this had to do with crystal healing, which many of you know that I love to use and work with in my daily life as well as my professional life and upcoming book. But this person was a big skeptic. They said how could you possibly believe in something if you have no facts to base it on. Well this is where faith comes in to play. But still they questioned. I was told that believing in something without facts and a basis for it was blind faith and this was completely stupid, in this person’s wording, not my own.
I asked them in they believed in anything out there in the world or otherwise at all. They said of course, they believed in things that they could see, feel, hear, and touch. And that is a wonderful trait that almost all of us have, but what about believing in the unknown. Absolutely not they informed me, as this again would be foolish and stupid.
Now let’s break this down, as I was not asking this person to believe in Santa Claus or something, but the concept is still behind it. It believes in something you cannot always see. Seeing is not believing, believing is seeing! What do you think having faith is? Believing in the cold hard facts? That is not faith. That is already proven. Having faith is believing in something you cannot prove or disprove but believe it is real to yourself because it resonates within you. Not everyone’s beliefs are going to be the same and that is perfectly acceptable as we are all on our own spiritual pathway through life.
Just because you cannot see how crystal-healing works doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. It seems means that your eyes and brain are not capable of understanding and seeing on the physical plane how this interprets into something that can heal your physical body. Crystals heal on a vibrational and energy field level. All of us are composed of energy and vibrate at different levels. Crystals work within the energy fields surrounding us, known as auras, and can stimulate the negative and stagnant area that is causing our physical body a problem and turn this energy into a flowing and positive form all within their own healing attributes.
Just because we cannot see it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exists or happen. Let’s use another example with the ocean and its depths. Have you ever been to the bottom of the ocean? I mean the true true bottom! There has got to be one point somewhere in all of the oceans that reaches to the deepest point on Earth. Have you ever been there? Have you ever even seen a picture of it? Probably not, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist or it is not there. All that means is that your awareness has not been expanded enough to know about it yet. Once we open up our awareness and expansion to different areas, we are not being foolish or stupid by believing in something we cannot see, we are simply opening ourselves up to the possibility that it can rightfully exist and happen for us.
So take a few moments each day and try to think of some new and exciting possibilities you might want to expand your awareness about and see where it takes you in your life! You will be pleasantly surprised!

Crystal Healing Placebo Effect or Real Energy
There has been some issues with crystal healing and if this is something that is viable and can really work.
Now I don’t like to stand up and preach to people, as this is just not my normal personality, and crystal healing in my opinion works, but there are some things to think about when getting into this line of work.
First, you have to remember this is an alternative type of healing and vibrational work that is being done. Many many years ago, when all there was was home remedies that people made in their kitchens with a few herbs, people thought the concept of traditional medicine, medications and even the development of penicillin was thought to be something done with, for a better terminology, witchcraft. Now look at society today, medical doctors in hospitals, centers, almost everywhere you turn and not to many people anymore making home remedies in their kitchens. But this is making a comeback!
Now you take the Native American for example, they understood the land and the usage of this, including crystals and their healing work. This is not a magical art, but a nature based vibrational healing level. Even if you look at this from a scientific level, everything is energy. All energy vibrates at a different frequency, that is why we are formulated as humans, and trees are trees, and so on. We all have our own energy make up to for us who we see in the mirror today, and yes even the mirror has its own vibrational make-up. So do our crystals. They, however, vibrate at a much higher frequency then we do and carry inside of this frequency a vibrational so high, fast and strong that this includes within it its own healing attributes.
Now I am not saying to go and use strictly crystals for healing and nothing else. Crystals are a wonderful addition to alternative energy work, and even traditional medicine where it tends to leave off but our physical bodies need an extra boost.
So why not give it a try and see what happens? What is the absolute worst thing that could possibly happen? Nothing right. You would have sat there with a crystal in your hand for a few minutes ad felt nothing. But all of these other people are having wonderful experiences with crystal healing, so how could they all be feeling the same placebo effect. It is not a placebo, it is just not understood at this, just as traditional medicine and penicillin was not understood many many years ago. So stay open and aware and expand your own consciousness.

How To Use Affirmations For Best Results
Do affirmations really work? In my honest opinion, it is not if they work but it is how you use them and put them to work for you.
Affirmations are not going to work for anyone if you don’t first believe in what you are saying and repeating to yourself. Now I know this is a stretch, but if you are a 5 foot tall brown haired, brown eyed woman and you use an affirmation to re-train your brain to believe you are a 6 foot tall Swedish blonde haired, blue eyed supermodel it’s not going to work!
You first have to make it believable for your lifestyle and your short-term goals. Stay within reason, but push the limit just ever so slightly. Make sure your goals and affirmations are exact and precise. Something as asking for just more money is too vague. You could receive a penny or a dollar and that would be more money according to Spirit, the Universe or whatever your “God” terminology may be. Being precise and wanting to earn an extra $50,000 is much better and more on target. A lot of affirmations just stick to positivity aspects, which are great in general, but being more precise brings quicker and easier results.
Another big key point on working with affirmations, give yourself time to re-train your brain. A lot of people work with them for a few days and give up. Give yourself some time. You did not get to the point you are in your life and with your brain thinking the way it is over night, so give it time to re-train and re-focus and have the Universe bring forth what you are wanting.
To add an extra boost, use crystals for their vibrational level work, as well as Reiki to punch up the energy behind them. Send Reiki to everything that has to do with your affirmation or place crystals in all areas that are concerning your affirmation. Think outside the box and expand your consciousness on this level an watch how things start to pour into your life in such an incredible way you will wonder where they have been hiding this whole time.

Geode Crystals & Astral Travel
Astral travel can be enhanced by working with crystals and their vibrational field levels during your session. But where do you start and how to they help? There are many different suggestions for this, as well as different ones will resonate within different people and their energy fields.
A good place to start is by working with the crystals you enjoy the most. If you are not sure where to start, go with your intuition and follow your gut instincts as they will not steer you wrong.
A wonderful way to work with them in astral travel and meditation sessions are in geode form. The best ones I have come across that have the highest energy vibrational level are clear quartz, amethyst, citrine and calcite. It is best to work with just one type of crystal within the geode, but you can combine them in your circles if you wish. The energy field will be a combination of the different types and will have them make a weaving type of pattern within the energy field. This is a very unique type of field to work within, but may not always be the best, as opposed to a single type of stronger vibrational field you would receive with just one type of geode.
During your astral travel session, surround yourself with as many geodes as possible, in a circle, or alternating the type of crystal found within. The more the better, and even if they are small, the geodes still put out a lot of vibrational fields for you to work within!

Pregnancy & Reiki
There has been much debate about Reiki and pregnancy and this type of work amongst a lot of light workers. This in not something new, or just a phase, but something that has been around for a long time. Women have been getting pregnant, giving birth, and using Reiki all the time. So what is all of the commotion about? Is this right for the baby? What are the pros and cons? Let’s go back to basics people!
Reiki is here for the highest good of all! And what do you think that little one is here for? They are not even born yet, so innocent and small, and they are here to serve their purpose on this planet. I do not believe in accidents or coincidences. If you are a Reiki Master Teacher, and want to have your child attuned or you receive your attunement while pregnant, while all of the concerns and worries.
Remember one of the main principles of Reiki is “Just for today do not worry”. We only have today! Yesterday is history and tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift, that is why it is called the present!
Reiki is not going to hurt, injure or in anyway corrupt or cause any due harm to your unborn child or even a small infant or younger child. That little baby you are carrying inside of you is a precious gift, and vibrates at a very high frequency. They can absorb and reflect back all of this energy and so much more right now. They will not be harmed in anyway. They actually enjoy the energy!
Try a little exercise and see for yourself. While lying down, rest your hands on your belly and activate the energy. Ask your guides or protectors to only allow the energy to go to your baby if the baby is willing to receive it and can handle the energy and see what happens. I have done this exercise with hundreds of pregnant women, and each and every one of them can feel the baby pulling the energy through them. It is a wonderful experience, but try it for yourself!
If you are not attuned, but want to know what it feels like, have a close friend or family member do the same exercise. And yes to clear up any questions for those of you out there wondering if your baby will be attuned. If you receive an attunement while you are carrying the baby, yes they will receive this as well. And for this of you wanting to know what the lineage is or how to understand that question, the babies name would be after yours on the lineage tree.
Now this does not mean to go out and receive tons of attunements while you are pregnant, as you have to remember, these little ones have a much stronger and higher vibrational level then we do here on Earth. So give them one or two and watch their progress. I recommended for pregnant mothers to work with Usui Reiki and Pregnancy Reiki. The babies love them both!

Angel Communication & Where To Begin
Different forms of communication can vary from each and every person. The same concept applies to communicating with animals, angels, fairies, and pretty much anything that does not speak the same language you are speaking, let along speak with verbal communication either.
When you first begin communicating with angels, it is the same way. It is as if you need a translator, but you are the translator all in one. This can be confusing at times, till you can understand their language. They can communicate in different ways with different people, so remember to keep your mind and heart open when starting down this road.
Angels are very powerful, and are certainly real. Every one of us has angels. We have had them since we have been in this physical form. We have different types of angels and guardians in our lives as well.
