Interconnectedness? What is that even mean? It is the process of everything and everyone being connected, a oneness about life. Now how does this apply to you and your life in general? It is not just about saying, “Yes, I believe we are all connected,” rather in turn it s about feeling and knowing and accepting the concept that we are all one in the same on an energetic vibrational level.
Having this feeling is a knowing process, and an awareness and evolution, about understanding that we are all connected. We may not be able to see this connection but it is there. We are all one and from one Universal source of power. What happens when we are born into a physical body is that we start listening to the adults around us. We are pure until we understand the concept of “me.” When playing with toys as a baby, we are perfectly content until an adult tries to explain who has the toy and we finally understand there is a difference between you and me. There really is no difference except with are in separate physical forms as a human body, but all of our energy is ok. Once we learn this as a child though the process all starts of separation issues, wanting our own things, competition, and so much more. Are these things positive? Not really if you are looking at it from a connection issue and a grand scheme of life.
Interconnectedness is a beautiful thing when sought after in a positive way. So how can we achieve the shear splendor when had as babies and young children? We practice obtaining that connection back again and understanding it is about cooperation and connection, not competition. To practice this concept, make sure to have a Yellow and Orange Jade both programmed for interconnection. Wear these together for 7 days, cleanse, and reprogram every week. Reasoning Is One Of Your Mind's Powerful Tools
When we stop and think about it and how much or how little we use our mind and our brainpower it is actually baffling! Reasoning in its definition is to form conclusions inferences and/or judgments about things in our life. But when we go around day to day, how much time do we actually use this mind tool we have been blessed with?
When you think about it, we are actually functioning on “auto-pilot” a lot of the time. We drive to and from work, cook dinner, pick up the kids from school, etc but do we really use our minds to think? When we do it is for few and far little in-between. We may make a decision about what to have for dinner or something like this, but a lot of things we say and do in our lives are on autopilot and we are just coasting through. If we were to tap into this reasoning ability within our own mind, we could accomplish and manifest so much more, and quicker at that.
Have you ever just sat down and thought about something, uninterrupted and stayed with that thought for 5 minutes or more? What did you accomplish if you did? More then likely most of us don’t do this because we are getting pulled into a million directions with the rest of our life. But stop and think about that, it all can wait 5 minutes for you to think, and really think! Not just the mind chatter that runs though all our minds at one time or another, such as “Did I leave the stove on before I left for work?” We all have mind chatter, but it is just that mind chatter. It is not honest thinking and using our mind power to its fullest ability!
So sit down and try it, just for 5 minutes. You give more than this to everyone and everything else in your life, so take 5 minutes for yourself and see how you expand your awareness. Sit and just think about one thing you want to accomplish, fix, or manifest in your life and how you could possibly get there. They all don’t have to be award-winning ideas, but the point is to get your mental power and energy flowing and working and stop the mind chatter so you can expand your awareness and enjoy your wonderful mind control!

How To Open Up Your Awareness
So many people talk about awareness, enlightenment and being more open, but what really is this to the average person, or for that fact even one who is more aware than others? Let’s imagine a tiny pinpoint dot on the screen right now. No bigger then a pinhead. See how tiny that is to look at. Now imagine that pinpoint is your awareness. I know you are probably thinking I have much more awareness in my physical consciousness then just that. But the thing is, we do not use our full capacity of our brains. We only use a very small portion of what we could possibly use.
So back to the pinpoint, each and every time you open yourself up to something new in life, no matter what this topic is about, that awareness gets just a tiny bit bigger. Each and every time! Now could you imagine if you just opened yourself up to something new once a month, just one new thing ever 30 days, how big that pin point would be in 12 months or even 24 months.
Now opening yourself up to something new isn’t just acknowledging that it is there. You have to embrace the entire subject and its good and bad points in full to get a real scoop of what is going on. So let’s use crystal healing for example. You start your month out picking up a book and learning how crystal healing can help your body. You read the book and understand a bit more. Now the pinpoint has gotten a tiny bit bigger.
But let’s say the next day you decide to try out the different ways to pick your own crystals and follow your intuition. You go to your local holistic store and give it a try. You find ones that feel right for you and bring them home. You just opened up that pinpoint a bit more.
The next day you decide to cleanse and program them. You go through the steps and don’t know if you are doing it right or if it even works but you are at least trying. Your pinpoint has opened up a little more.
By this time you have already opened your awareness and you are even more intrigued by the topic. So you decide to work with some different healing tips and see what happens. Your pinpoint opens up even more.
The more you do the more awareness you bring to your own physical consciousness. This is not a hard concept, but a lot of people seem to be confused on how to bring awareness about to themselves or others. Start sharing, expanding your knowledge and learning as much as you possibly can about everything in life. You want to grow within the positive aspects and let the negative and stagnant ones bounce off of your positive vibrational awareness while learning. Give it a try, as the worst thing that could possibly happen is you gain more knowledge and increase the size of your own pinpoint.

Practice & Patience Is Key With Meditation
Meditation is an ancient practice of quieting the conscious mind, self-discovery and relaxation. This is the time for you to work within yourself, deepen your concentration and communication with your higher self, guides and the Universe! This can be called “God” or any other names you wish to use, but for my own personal issues I call this a Universal Spirit.
Our ultimate goal for meditation sessions and exercises is to open us up and uncover our true souls at the deepest level possible, as well as establish a stronger communication link.
Meditation is not a religion, nor is it required for anyone to use in his or her daily life or even on his or her spiritual pathway. Meditation is suggested to enhance and develop your spiritual pathway to enlightenment, as well as developing your awareness!
When first starting your meditation process, one can get confused on how to start, what to do and in general just where to begin. Remember that everyone is different, and no two people are going to meditate the same way.
Find a comfortable place for you to begin your meditation practice, and use whatever aids you wish to when beginning. This can be incense, soothing music, drumming techniques, crystal usage and so much more. The key point is that you are comfortable and relaxed. Do not meditate while lying down, as this can cause you to fall asleep and not fully experience your meditation session. Another key point is to try and do this the same time every day if possible.
This will train your conscious side to remember to go into this state of mind to relax and become more open over time.
Remember, this is something you have to practice and experience, not something that will happen overnight. So be patient, give yourself time and do not stress if your subconscious does not do what you are expecting it to do. Practice and patience is key!
