The Law of Polarity is a fairly simple law to understand, as this means that everything has a polar opposite. Bad and good, small and big, hot and cold, up and down – they are all the polar opposites. A lot of times though, because this is such a simple law to understand that people forget to use it for the positive side and focus on the negative side way too much!
What happens is when something negative in your life happens; everyone focuses on this, instead of seeing its polar opposite. When something positive happens, they take this for granted, almost expecting it in their life and waiting for the bottom of the basket to drop out from under them.
What they should be doing is understanding that these are just, again, our polar opposites and working with them, instead of putting so much energy into the wrong ones. Let’s say for example, you are wanting to get a new job and you have been sending out resumes and calling new places. Everyone you have contacted so far has turned you down. You can start become down and depressed and worrisome. This is only feeding into the negative side of the polar opposite. When, on the other hand the positive side is still waiting out there for you. Instead of feeding into this, you need to understand that if there are people out there that do not want you for their company or business, that if the laws is valid and true (which it is!) then there must be a company or business out there that does want you! This is the positive side of the polar opposite.
Just because you have not found it yet does not mean you won’t, this only means that the alignment of energy within the Universe has not reached you as of yet within its own incubation period. So what do you do? Keep looking for that job, and remember – if there is a “No we are not interested or not at this time” coming your way, then there must be a “YES, we are accepting at this time or we do want you with our company.” So stay focused on the positive side of the polar opposite and understand it is coming!

Laws Of The Universe - Law Of Relativity
The Law of Relativity is a wonderful one to be able to change our perspective on things and shift our energy into a positive state instead of a negative one. This law states that nothing is good or bad, big or small, important or non-important until you relate it to something else in your life.
This is a big concept that I teach not only clients and at seminars, but also to my own children. A lot of people will start examining their incomes or their love life, for some examples, and say they don’t have this amount of money or they don’t have the type of relationship that they want. But what they are forgetting is what they do already have. This can very easily be related to gratitude in our lives as well.
Now let’s say for example you don’t have the amount of money that you want from a job. You may already be thinking this is a negative. This is only because you are relating this to something larger in proportion to what you have. If you take the exact same amount of money you are receiving in your job, and relate this to what the people say in Haiti make, you are instantly one of the wealthiest people around.
What you have is in direct relative level to what you are focusing on. If you see your money as something negative it is always going to be in relation to something negative. But if you are relating this to something positive and seeing this as a happy and gratitude time in your life, it is only going to bring about more of this back to you.
So what can you do with this law? Its easy – practice relating your situation to something or some area that is worse than yours and it will always seem positive and you can always be grateful for what you do have. If you make $50,000 in one year, that is wealthy compared to homeless people who do not make anything at all. Stay in the positive and happy and grateful side of your life, and you will not only feel better, but you will also be using this law for the most positive energy you can and bring about more of this in your life. Be happy and share in everything!

The Law of Gender, in the natural laws of the universe, states that every seed has a gestation or incubation period growing or sprouting.
Let’s break this down into a physical seed to make this a bit easier to understand on a spiritual level. Take for example a carrot seed, as these seeds take on average 14 days to sprout and roughly 75 days to be ready to be harvested. This is an average for the majority of the seeds planted. Now if you take a tomato seed, the incubation period changes, just as it would for an apple seed and so on.
Now let’s take this law and apply this to the spiritual level of our lives. Ideas are spiritual seeds and will grow into physical form to manifest. Your goals and dreams will manifest when they are ready to. Now you cannot force them, just as you cannot force carrot seeds to sprout.
The hardest part of understanding the law of gender is waiting and not knowing how or when our spiritual seeds will sprout. We can only guess on the incubation period. Now for example, you wish to start a business from the bottom up, but you want this to be a million dollar business. Now let’s think just for a minute. Depending on what type of business you are working on, and the demand for the business, this is most likely not going to happen with 90 days or even 365 days. But you can shoot for smaller goals to begin with. Something like $100,000 would be a starting pointing. Then aim for $250,000 and so on.
Each new spiritual seed that is planted has its own incubation period. What is up to us is to have faith, even when things seem the darkest. Just have faith that what should happen, must happen, and in the right time will happen!

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation is another law of the universe that can be sometimes confusing when not really understood. The simplest explanation of this law means that energy moves into physical form. This means that the images you hold in your mind most often materialize into physical form in your life.
Now does this law mean that if you happen to have a negative thought it is automatically going to manifest. No! This is not how this natural universal law works. Again it is something that you must hold into your mind, especially an image, as we think in pictures, even if for a brief moment.
This is one of the easiest laws to not understand as well, as a lot of people get frustrated when things do not happen as quickly as they wished for. The biggest piece of advice I can give to be able to understand and work with this law is to hold an image of what you want to achieve in a short amount of time, such as 90 days, and hold this image as much as you possibly can. This is something that you can do three times a day. Make sure to review this image at least once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once in the evening.
What will happen is after a short period of time you will begin to notice thing starting to take shape to bring this image about into a physical reality. It may not happen overnight, but things will start to lead you onto this spirituality enlighten pathway to this point in time. Things always take baby steps to get from one point to another, we just are not always aware of the baby steps and want to take giant leaps.

Laws Of The Universe - Energy Just Is
Laws of the Universe can sometimes be confusing to a lot of people, as they think “How can I follow all of the laws at the same time and get what I want in my life?” The laws can be a wonderful addition in anyone’s life, if they know what they mean and how to use them all to their own benefit.
Now we first have to understand that the laws of the universe apply to each and everyone one of us, in every circumstance in our lives. The one that is the easiest to begin with is the law that states energy just is.
No matter what there is in this life, on the physical existence plane, everything is energy. You are energy, I am energy, the car you drive is energy, the tree outside is energy and your home is energy. Everything and anything is energy. Energy vibrates at different vibrational levels and this is what makes up our different aspects on the physical plane.
Your physical body is vibrating at a different level than your home is. Your dog is vibrating at a different level than your car is, and so on. What we have to remember with this law is that if we want to draw something into our life, we have to match the vibrational level of this particular object.
Money is a big thing that a lot of people want to draw in at some point in their life. Now if you think about it, what is money really? First and foremost, it is a piece of paper with green ink printed on it. Why is everyone fusing so much about this? It is just paper right? Well of course, but it vibrates at such a higher pace than other paper this is why a lot of people are always wanting, craving and sometimes even chasing or dreaming of money in their lives.
So what do we do to have more of anything in our lives? Raise our vibrational level to that of which you are seeking and match the vibration. If you want more money, spend more money and realize it is just special paper with green ink that vibrates more than other paper. Do not believe that this can control you, but rather you are the master and can control what you have in your life.
Just remember that energy just is. It is not good nor bad, but just is. We are the only ones who put restrictions on good or bad of things. But if we break it down, all energy just is. So raise your level to what it is you are seeking to have in your life and understand that all energy just is!

Money Affirmation & Positivity
I know alot of you have been asking about money issues and what you can do in a combination of things to get finances to flow more into your bank account and not out, especially with the holiday season upon us.
Money affirmations are a wonderful way to keep your mind frame in a positive state of mind and not worry about bills. I have been asked alot how to write these, especially to include money coming in and on a continuing basis. Lots of people seem to get hung up on the wording and think that if it is not "exactly" right that it won't work. Let me be here to tell you it is not the "exact" wording that is going to being in the money for you. It is the energy and intention behind the statement and how you perceive this that is going to draw this in for you.
I have found a wonderful money affirmation that I have used personally with great success. Now again this is a money affirmation, not a goal or an achievement statement for manifestation purposes. There is a difference in these, but for those of you looking for a good money affirmation, this is one of the best ones I have found to date.
"I am so happy and grateful now that money comes to me in increasing quantities through multiple sources on a continuous basis."
This statement includes all of the most important aspects to an affirmation for money. It includes your feelings of being happy and grateful, that money is coming to you, that it is increasing, it comes from multiple sources so you are not limited to just one income, and last that it comes continuously!
Affirmations are to be repeated several times a day to keep you focused on the positive, and to draw into your life the things that you want to draw into your life. When working with your money affirmation remember to think of positive states of mind that deal with your finances. Don’t think of your debt or bills that are due or even how you are going to make the money for them. Money will come, but you have to stay focused and positive.
I think the biggest piece of advice I can give to go along with your money affirmation, other than being focused and positive, is to be persistent. If you lack patience to be persistent than you are only going to get frustrated and overwhelmed with money issues clouding your conscious mind. Have faith that what should happen must happen, and in the right time, will happen!

Chakra & Crystal Healing - Crown Chakra Work
We are now going to continue our work through the 7 main chakra points and crystal healing, moving onto your Crown Chakra, also called your seventh chakra. Remember there are many different crystals you can use so make sure to work with the most common, but feel free to try others to see what resonates within your own energetic vibrational level. Each chakra point, as well as minor chakras, aura levels and tons of common ailments are also discussed within Practical Crystal Healing 555 Tips & Techniques.
Your Crown Chakra is located just above the top of your head. This is where the energy can flow down and in through your chakra and all the way through your energy flow of chakras when they are all opened and aligned. The Crown Chakra is generally known by either a clear, white or purple/violet color. Again there is some debate about which color is best associated with this chakra point, but it all depends on what resonates best within your chakra and energy fields.
This chakra and color associations are represented with clarity, consciousness, sub-consciousness, cleansing and purification. The most common crystal for this chakra point are: Clear Quartz, Herkimer Diamond, Moonstone, Selenite, Danburite, and White Amethyst.
I have found either working with Danburtite or a combination of Herkirmer Diamonds and Danburite can not only remove a blockage but also being in a stronger energy flow. When removing a blockage at this chakra point, hold Danburite within 4 inches of the area and turn clockwise to remove the blockages. Remember to cleanse the crystal thoroughly afterwards to remove any energetic buildup that has accumulated on the crystal. When wanting more of a stronger energy flow, lie down and place two Herkimer Diamond crystals, one on each side of your chakra point and one over the area for 15 minutes.
