Animals have many chakra points within their energetic systems, including both major and minor centers for energy. Minor chakras, however, are often overlooked by a lot of practitioners and energy workers when dealing with animal issues.
The biggest mistake that is made in animal healing with energetic and vibrational issues is the bypass of the Primary Sensory Minor Chakra in animal healing sessions. This minor chakra is located at the bridge of the animal’s nose below the third eye/brow/sixth chakra point. This is one of the most important minor energy centers, next to bud chakras, that animals use.
The Primary Sensory Minor Chakra helps animals absorb and compute energetic frequencies to rely upon its own survival instincts. This is a big one, especially if you compare this to the animal’s root or first chakra point. When this minor energy center is not balanced, the animal can show signs of being lost, scattered, confused, or even off course.
Animal chakra points are a way of working with these companions in our own spiritual life path and incorporating their love, honesty, and compassion to enable our spiritual growth. Healing issues with animals can be done through their chakras and their aura levels. Crystal healing can play a big part in this process among other alternative therapies. Specific crystals to be used for this area are Angelite and Rainbow Fluorite. To awaken and balance this chakra, slowly massage the area with one of these crystals for as long as the animal will allow.

Healing Brachial Chakra On Animals
Animal chakra centers are very similar to that of human’s, except for one major center. Humans have seven major chakra areas in our physical bodies. Animal’s, however, have eight major centers. The eighth center is something fairly new to the healing area concerning animals.
The eighth chakra center is called the Brachial chakra and is located between the shoulders on the back. This chakra center is a link that connects all of the other major chakra centers together. This is also a major connection between animal and human bonding issues. For any kind of healing on an animal, whether it is a general healing session or a customized healing, make sure you work through the Brachial chakra center first!
When this chakra center is not balanced, or is blocked with stagnant or negative energy the animal will not want to be touched, will act withdrawn from daily activities and healing session, and will show a behavioral patter of refusal for connections with humans and bonding issues. There are two types of different healing that can be done for these concerns. Black Tourmaline should be used if the animal is reluctant to connect with a session or person. Herkimer Diamonds should be used for a general healing session and a connection to all of the major chakra areas.
Make sure to begin each session with an open mind and heart, be well grounded and centered and have no fear within your own energy system. You and the animal will both be thankful that you did!

Pet’s and animal’s need our healing capabilities just as much as humans do. They have emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental issues and ailments too. Unfortunately we do not always understand or see them until they are so far to one extreme or the other due to a major communication gap.
But no matter when or where the animal is on its healing pathway, it can be helped with a variety of different healing techniques. You can use crystal healing, energy or vibrational healing, massage techniques, acupuncture, and many more to help our animal companions in our life.
The animal’s second chakra, also know as the sacral chakra, is located in the lower back region between the tail and the middle of the back. This chakra center is associated with the color orange and works on issues with expression, emotional balance, control and sexuality. When working on animal’s, and with an imbalanced chakra or a chakra blockage these signs can be shown as being overly emotional, hormonal issues, boundary issues with people as well as other animals, and can also be excessively vocal, including purring, whining, squawking, hissing, barking, howling, meowing, and many more.

Animals have chakra centers, just as human’s do! This is probably an easy thing to understand as they are living things too! What a lot of people don’t know about them are what areas do they govern, their attributes and even the responses they feel from blockages or unbalanced energies.
Animals have eight major chakra centers, not seven like humans, along with very important Bud Chakra centers that allow them to detect sudden energy shifts, disturbances, and frequency changes.
Here is a guideline to an animal’s major chakra areas:
Root Chakra – This is located where the tail meets the body of the animal and is associated with a red coloration and physical survival issues.
Sacral Chakra – This is located in the lower back between the tail and middle back area and is associated with the orange coloration and control issues.
Solar Plexus Chakra – This is located in the middle of the back area and is associated with the yellow coloration and determination issues.
Heart Chakra – This is located in the front of the chest area and is associated with the green coloration and emotional issues.
Throat Chakra – This is located in the animal’s throat area near the vocal cords and is associated with the blue coloration and communication issues.
Third Eye Chakra – This is located at the center of the forehead area just above the eyes and is associated with the purple or violet coloration and wisdom issues.
Crown Chakra – This is located on top of the animal’s head between their ears and is associated with the white or clear coloration and spirituality with the divine.

Bud Chakras – These are located one on the bottom of each foot, paw, pad, claw, or hoof, and one on each base opening on each ear, for a total of six energy centers. These are associated with sensing energy shifts or frequencies.

Crystal Healing For Injured Or Sick Animals
The majority of the human race has some form of animal companions in their life, and at some point in time they get hurt, injured, into fights or even worse start having a hard time with old age. In the injury and illness areas it can effect us as if they were our family members, as we love them unconditionally and do not want to see anything happen to them.
When one of your animal companions becomes ill or injured next time you can help ease these issues, if not heal them completely, before even making it to the vet’s office.
Two wonderful techniques for this are combination of Rose Quartz Crystal Healing and Reiki. Rose Quartz is a wonderful crystal to help heal injuries, illness and reduce stress. Reiki is a good combination to use with crystal healing, as this amplifies the energy of the crystal during the healing process.
You can provide a crystal healing and energy session for your beloved animal companion by taking a rose quartz crystal in your dominate hand and activating your Reiki energy. Once you have done this, bring the crystal close to the animal’s injured area, within a few inches, and start to turn to crystal clock-wise. Breathe deeply and slowly and remember to pull your Reiki energy from the Universal Source, not your own personal energy, and send this through the crystal to amplify the energy and into your animal.
Remember animal companions heal much more quickly then we do in human form, as well as their energy bodies cannot always integrate the extra energy as quickly, so watch for sign tell-tale signs that your animal has had enough healing at this current time. This can be anything from attempts at fleeing, trying to nip or bite, their ears drawn backwards or down or other behavior that is not in a positive and affirmative way. Ways that your animal companion will let you know they want more healing are things such as their eyes closing, they bodies becoming more relaxed, signs of affection, comforting, and even drooling at times.
Always remember to appreciate the work that has been done, and validate your animals feelings and issues.

Attunements For Beloved Animal Companions
Love your pets and enjoy healing them with Reiki or other energy forms?
Have you ever thought about attuning your pet to be a Reiki Master to have them work with the energy on their own? This is something a lot of people have not considered until it is mentioned to them.
Attuning your beloved companion is a wonderful thing to have done! They share their own healing with other pets in their life as well as yourself, others they come in contact with as well as Mother Nature if they are outside as well.
I have a passion for working with children and animals. My children and pets were attuned at a very young age. I personally have two loving dogs and asked them, through the wonderful power of animal communication, if they wished to be attuned to Reiki. They both happily agreed!
When attuning animals to energy forms, please do note that the attunement sessions will not last as long as if you were attuning a human. The session will only be about 15 minutes in length, as they absorb the energies much more quickly.
Performing an attunement session on an animal can be in-person and sent in through their crown chakra. You can also send them in chiballs as along as you communicate with your animal that the attunement is ready for them! Animals, for the most part, will instinctively know their attunements are ready for them, but please do make sure you show them enough respect to let them know anyways!
When first attuning your beloved animal, start with Usui Reiki and one level at a time. Their should be at least 3-5 day waiting period between each attunement for them, as their integrate the energy much quicker as well.
After they have been attuned with Usui Reiki, you can also try using other forms geared towards animal energies as well. They love the energy work and sharing this is a wonderful connection between you and your companion animal.
