Welcome back again to learning your ABC’s on how to achieve your dreams. This article is talking about our letter R lesson.
The letter R stands for:
Read, study, and learn about everything important in your life.
Now why would reading, studying and learning be so important to achieving your dreams and goals? This is because you need to make informed and educated decisions, not to mention be able to understand what you are getting yourself into and how others work within this field as well.
This can apply to any and all areas in your life you want to achieve a different goal. For example, if you want to get a new car, what do you first do? You go and check out the cars you are most interested in. You would find out the facts about the car such as how many miles per gallon the car gets, or possibly the different safety features it offers, different colors as well may be of interest to you, and other things such as pricing, dealerships, etc.
This concept is to be used in all areas of your life too! Not just for the basics of things we are used to dealing with, but also in achieving our goals. If you want something so much that it is your dream and goal to achieve, you are not going to walk blindly into this issues, area, or field. You would do your research, get involved, and then go for it. The only way you are going to do that is to read, study, and learn everything important about that area as well as your life in general!

How To Work With Children & Energy Forms?
This has been another big question that has been coming in alot lately.
I have a true passion for working with children developing their abilities. My son, Reiss and my daughter, Phebe have both showed me so much from their innocence that we are not always just teaching children but are also learning from them!
Children are so innocent in their ways and working with energy actually comes very easily and naturally to them!
Most children have a such higher vibrational rate and energy flow then most adults do as well due to this innocence. They have not gone through 20, 30 or 40 years on this planet and have had people tell them no to this or that, or things are just their imagination or make believe.
Children can believe without seeing, such as with Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny or the Tooth Fairy. They can accept the concept of energy work, as they do not have to see it to believe it. They just have undeniable faith it!
They also do not make this complicated either! They do not stress about symbols, nor worry about connections or sending it for the highest good, etc - they just use it and believe in themselves.
Reiss did this once when I was feeling a bit under the weather as he knew I needed some healing sent. Being only 7 a the time, he wanted to go outside and play but he knew mommy needed some help. So he went into his room and pulled out one of his own crystals and cleansed it. Then sat down with it and was very quiet for just a minute holding this clasped in his two hands. Then he walked over to me and put this on my heart chakra, as I was laying down at the time, and said "Mommy this will heal you now as I filled it with Reiki to fix you. I am going outside to play and will be back inside when the energy is done."
I was blown away at the time but felt such a calming energy starting to flow through my heart chakra. I was laying there for about 30 min or so and felt the energy starting to subside slowly and decided it was time to get up and see how Reiss and my husband and daughter we doing outside and Reiss walked in the door. He looked at me and said "Mommy I said I would be back in when it was done." We both smiled and hugged and he knew I was doing much much better!

Spirit Entities and Releasing Them!
Alot has been going on with spiritual entities and things have been brought up with the new energies coming in and how to handle and tackle them!

Luck & Abundance Is On Your Side!
Need some good luck, or any kind of luck! It is here right now! You just have to see it and believe it!
Right now we are all still going through still a few energy changes, but we are progressing towards the new and letting go of the old!
Your luck is right here and now! Most people cannot believe this as they have to see it. Have you ever seen a child who can believe in Santa Claus and not see them? Or maybe the tooth fairy?
This is believing without seeing?! And this is all it takes to bring your own luck back into your life!
I know this is hard to do but it is possible for each and every person, as there is more then enough of whatever you want in your life RIGHT NOW!
Just take a look around and see what you can find! Maybe you are wanting more money but ae only seeing debt. Maybe you are wanting a better job but only see the old one you dislike. So this is where alot of us get stuck.
Now take another look aroun and see what you can find that is of abundance! It may not be what you are dreaming or hoping for but it is there. Maybe you have an abundance of food, or clothes or shoes, etc - maybe to you this isn't abundance but think about it from another angle. How would you feel if you only had one can of food or one outfit or one pair of shoes falling apart? So probably what you do have is abundance, but you are just overlooking it.
One very easy way to have luck on your side and abundance in your life, which the majority of us already do we just can't see it, is to have faith and give our brains a job!
The job is to look for abundance in our life! It is as easy as that. Pretty soon all you will see is abundance and nothing else and then the magic will start to happen. A simple shift of emotions!
I did this with my kids once and boy did they notice abundance all day, as we made this into a game, and all day long: an abundance of grass mommy, an abundance of trees mommy, an abundacne of homes mommy, and so on!
Boy were we ever happy by the end of just a few moments of this! Can you imagine if you do this over and over again! So try it, what do you have to lose. What you are doing now is struggling and wanting and dreaming and not getting, so how hard could one simple exercise be -see how you feel after it all!!

5 Ways To Get More Of Your Own Personal Power
Struggling with your own personal power issues right now? This is a common thing for everyone, at any given time! Here are a few pointers:
1. First and foremost, believe that you are enough! You are exactly as the universe has created you and you are ENOUGH! This is a big one in claiming back your own personal power.
2. Don't give your personal power away to anyone! You can do this without even knowing it by doing things you just don't want to do or go along with. Eer had someone really want you to do something - think about that for a minute! Your boss, a close friend, what about a family member? By giving in and not standing up for yourself you are giing them some of your own personal power each and every time. This does not mean you have to be mean or nasty with them but stand-up for what you are beliving in.
3. Protect yourself and your energy fields to make sure you are not being attacked on an energy level from a psychic vampire or energy drainer.
4. Say yes and be open to possibilities. Have you seen the movie the Yes, Man! It is a wonderful comedy, but has a great meaning behind it as well! They take this to an extreme in the moie, but the point is to be open to possibilities as you never know where they are going to come from.
5. Last but not least, HAVE FUN and ENJOY LIFE TO ITS FULLEST!

Feeling Stuck Right Now In Life?
Right now we are all expereincing this "feeling" of being stuck. It is actually very common with the new energies being ushered in.
It is very frustrating, very aggravating, and very tiring at this time for all of us, as we all want change! We can feel it! We know we are on the verge of it! But what do we do to speed this up?
The answer is nothing! We can't change it right now. Wanting it more, desiring it more, even begging pleading and anything else that can come to mind isn't going to make this transition move any quicker!
It is coming and we just have to be patient and wade it out! The change it here right now, but we feel as if we have stopped. It feel stagnent! I can completely understand and agree with you all! But hang in there, as we are on the verge of this all - we are at the very point of it all bringing in something so wonderful, so beautiful and so freeing that we can just about taste it!
So don't give up, don't give in and don't worry! It is coming and it is coming soon! We have made it this far, so just hang in there a few more weeks, and we will be where we want to be energetically! Need Extra Protection Right Now?

Amethyst and Headaches?
I have had a lot of questions lately about headaches and what can be done.
The first thing - RELAX. I know this is the hardest thing to do when you have a headache as sometimes you can't see past the pain, but remember right now in this moment you are complete, whole and one with all, so if you can relax into the moment and past the pain this will dissolve.
Now I know this may seem hard at first, so this is when we can introduce the healing crystal Amethyst into our own session.
Many people use this differently and there is no right or wrong way to use this. Here are a few examples of how to use this crystal for the use of headaches:
1. Place the crystal underneath your pillow while you rest of sleep.
2. Make an elixir of this stone to drink with a water base. You can do this with a physical stone or using the ethric energies of this stone to charge the water.
3. You can have someone/yourself do a crystal healing session with either a physical crystal or its etheric counterpart.
Amethyst has wonderful healing propertieis for headaches and should be placed on the etheric field in the third eye, and on a physical field in the middle of your forehead.
Ask the crystal to remove the source of pain and to tranform this into positive healing light and release this to the universe. Crystals are more then willing to help us on our healing pathway in life!

New Energy Shifts Will End Soon!
I know alot of you out there have been going through some tough times and it feels like especially alot of this has been getting worse before it gets better.
Hang in there though. The energy shifts that started last fall are going to take us to where we need to be here by June! This is a new and uplifting energy feel, so this will hopefully be one of the last big pushes before we arrive at our new energy vibrational match! The old is being let go of and we are ushering in the new! This is a big thing for all lately, especially us here at Healing Art Forms!
Our big new energy started pushing and pushing to get us out of our old patterns, let go and release and move forward ahead. Alot of you are doing this in multiple area of your life, such as love and relationship changes, money and finance changes as well as health changes. These seem to be the big three that alot have been contacting us about.
To help with these issues, and to follow our own pathways as well, we designed a program especially for these issues and how they relate to them. These seem to be the big three that we all hit at one point in our lives or another, so Jonathon and I worked quite a long time on putting this whole course together for you all. It is a combination of Health, Wealth and Love issues from our own workshops and seminars, with guided audios and so much more, and is now covered under our accreditation programs.
