How To Release Hatred & Bring In Love

Hatred is something that you either feel or you don’t. It is not a wishy washy emotion, but rather one of the strongest negative emotions that one can come across. We have all probably at one point in our life felt some kind of hatred for either something or someone. It can build up and consume you with such negative energy that when you do send this out to the Universe, what do you think you are going to receive in return? More hatred!

Now let’s be honest and real, because if not, we aren’t going to accomplish anything with this exercise. So think of something that you really do hate. It can be a person or a place or even an issue. But feel with every fiber of your physical body all of the motions coming to the surface. It is so negative, angry and even draining but just for a minute feel all of these feelings and get a good picture in your head of what you are really having these emotions for.

Now close your eyes and take a long, slow and as deep of a breath as possible. Breathe all the way from your tip of your head to the tips of your toes. Do this two more times and relax all of your body muscles into the chair. Now picture the same person, place or issue and feel only love for them this time around. Think of at least one thing about this person, place or issue that makes you feel love and feel this emotion in its entirety. Say out lour “I love it, I love it, I love it!” and release this into the universe instead of the anger, rage and hatred. What will you draw back into your life this time around? Love and lots of it!
