How To Eliminate Fear In Your Life

Fear can consume anyone’s life and turn something as small as a tiny pebble into what seems like something as huge as a mountain. Fear is something real that we can all relate to and deal with in our every day lives. So how do we control this and eliminate it from either our lives or from affecting us in such a drastic way? There are many ways actually, depending on what you believe in or what you feel most comfortable with depends on which way will work best for you!

I have also seen fear consume a single person and turn this into a mass hysteria in their lifetime. So to deal and conquer your fears, no matter what they may be, needs to be something we deal with and handle before they do take massive control of your life.

I have found a simple, yet effective, way of working with fear to be able to no longer have this issue in my own life. This works on all fears in all areas, such as financial, relationships, health, well-being and many more. All you need is a few minutes alone and a pen and paper. Sit down and write out all of your fears, every single one of them from your smallest to your greatest fear. You can start them by saying “I fear….” and fill in the blank. List them all, and really get into this. Feel all of the emotions welling up inside of you, and don’t suppress any of them.

Now once you have completed them all, take the piece of paper and start ripping it to shreds. While you are doing this say out loud “Fear will no longer dominate me in my lifetime.” Keep saying this over and over again with as much feeling and emotion as you can until you can no longer shred the paper. Take a slow deep breath and throw the paper away.

Now does this mean you will no longer ever have fear in your life? No, I am not saying that at all. But this exercise will help bring down the anxiety level of your fears so much so that when something does come up and you can feel that emotion you will be able to recognize it and push it right out of your pathway and continue on your way. You will no longer be consumed, controlled or dominated by your fears.
